Delivery

When and at what intervals are products delivered via subscription?

It's entirely up to you: Regardless of the type and number of products, you can choose whether a monthly delivery or a delivery every 3 months suits you better. If you select monthly delivery, the delivery will be triggered automatically every 28 days. If you prefer delivery every 3 months, the delivery will be triggered every 80 days. This gives us a logistical buffer and ensures that your new delivery arrives before you run out of Glow25 Collagen.

Can I order multiple products with a subscription?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of products you can order through a subscription service.

Can I select different products?

Of course! You don't have to commit to just one product; you can order all the products shown above as a subscription. You can also easily add our products to your next delivery once in your customer account.

Payment

Do I have to pay for everything in advance or for each delivery individually?

Payment for each subscription is made per delivery and depends on your chosen delivery interval. For monthly deliveries, payment is due every 28 days; for deliveries every three months, payment is due every 80 days – corresponding to your deliveries.

What payment methods are available for the savings subscription?

Yes, in your customer account and then in the “My Savings Subscription” section you can choose a flexible date for your next delivery.

Can I trigger my next delivery immediately ("Send now")?

Yes, you can send your next delivery immediately in your customer account and then in the “My Savings Subscription” section if you need your Glow right away.

Can I change my delivery address for my subscription?

Yes, you can adjust your address details and save multiple addresses in your customer account and then in the “My Savings Subscription” section.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can add multiple payment methods or change your payment method in your customer account and then in the “My Savings Subscription” section.

Can I reactivate a cancelled savings subscription?

Yes, you can reactivate an old subscription at any time in your customer account under “My Savings Subscription”. We would be delighted if you would like to resume your Glow25 Savings Subscription.

How do I cancel my savings subscription?

You can cancel your subscription either in your customer account (/account) or by contacting us via email at abo@glow25.de or using the form at /pages/kundigung-abonnementsan. Cancellation is possible after the minimum contract period has expired, with 7 days' notice prior to the next delivery.

Subscription model with monthly delivery

Can I add more products to my existing subscription?

Yes, you have complete freedom regarding the number and combination of products. You can add products individually to your existing subscription for your next delivery. Use this option, for example, to try limited editions with new flavors. You can easily do this in your customer account under "Subscription."

Subscription model with quarterly delivery

Can I add more products to my existing subscription?

You can increase the number of products as you like. However, the quarterly delivery must contain at least a 3-pack of one product to ensure you're supplied for 3 months. If you change your mind, you can make changes to this subscription on a quarterly basis.

How flexible is this savings subscription when it comes to pausing, skipping, and cancelling?

With the quarterly-delivery savings subscription, you can:

  • Skip the next delivery
  • Pause for up to 6 months per year, with a maximum of 6 consecutive months
  • Swap the product in your savings subscription for another at any time — just do this in your customer account under "Savings Subscription"
